JETLAG SO REAL: Back in LA

So I have been back home in LA about a week now, jetlag finally starting to wear off and starting to feel like a normal person again. Happy to be back(ish), but so eager to get back out into the world and explore.The Belko Experiment film

PRO TIP: The one thing that has helped with my jetlag and helped centered my mind since being back is: YOGA. With the feeling of mentally being in another time zone and the extreme disconnect with the world around me, yoga helped re-center my mind and soul to prepare me for my next adventure. Also, I don’t know if you are like me, but after an amazing life changing adventure, my mind stays on the adventure and I have a hard time mentally coming back to reality. Yoga forced me to focus and reconnect my mind-to-body-to-soul. My local cult favorite and current obsession is Hot8 Yoga in Beverly Hills. It’s heated yoga, but is a pristine (good smelling) studio that I cannot get enough of. The instructors are all fantastic and push you mentally and physically (but my favorites are the amazing Kacey Lane, Soha and Omar). The feeling I get after completing a hot yoga class is a feeling pure bliss, almost a high, that makes me feel happy and content in the current moment. JET LAG CURED
